My favorite volleyball team played their first "official" match last night!!
All BYU sports teams begin their preseason with a Blue & White game featuring all of the players on with either the blue or white teams. Last night Shawn mixed the players around each set letting all the girls play together in a real game scenario. Everyone played well and many players showed their improvement since last season.
Two of my favorite sophmores, Jessica Jardine and Jen Hamson, lead the team in kills with 13 and 12, respectively. As a team everyone improved their energy and serving keeping the match alive on both sides. Here's to keeping that energy and a successful Nike tournament this weekend!
