Freshman Kim Parker put forth a great effort against TCU and game away with a great game and several season highs. Kim’s seven points at halftime are a new season-high for her. She finished with 14 points. This is Kim's fourth season double-figure game. She also contributed 2 rebounds.

Freshman Jen Hamson also significantly contributed to the match with a near double double, nine points and ten rebounds. The missing point would have been found at the free throw line, but for a lane call.

Getting to the lane seemed significantly easier for the Horned Frogs especially early in the second half. But scrappy play on both sides did not daunt our Cougars as the kept up their lead through out the second half and to the end.

Mindy Bonham’s seven assists in the first half tie her season-high. She recorded 11 assists against the Horned Frogs to make her career total at 438. This total is just 21 shy of fourth place in BYU women’s basketball history. Mindy's 438 total puts her past assistant coach Stacy Jensen's previous record of 432 which is now 6th all-time.
